A lot of people who call our office to inquire about posting Riverside bail bonds have never needed to get someone out of jail before. If you have a friend or family member who has been booked at the Indio Jail or the Robert Presley Detention Center it’s natural to have lots of questions about the bail bonds process and how bail works.
Posting bail bonds is not difficult at all. When you call the bondsman you’re speaking with will walk you through the application and they’ll ask how you know the defendant, where both of you live, the type of work you do, whether you rent or own and if you’re willing to sign and take responsibility the defendant will go to court when they are supposed to.
The application generally takes less than 15 minutes. Once this is complete and payment has been processed a bondsman will be dispatched to the Riverside County Jail to post the bail bonds.
