Cover Letter: Provides our contact information, instructions for how to complete the paperwork and how to return it to our office.
Bail Bond Application: Provides us with the required information about the cosigner and the defendant.
Bail Bond Contract: Legal document approved by the Department of Insurance to be used by all bail bonds companies.
Straight Talk Contract: Gives the same information as in the Bail Bond Contract, in easy-to-understand wording, without all the legalese. This is just for your reference.
